Capgemini Competition: EqualMeet

Overview

EqualMeet is an inclusive video-conferencing platform designed to address accessibility challenges faced by people with disabilities during remote recruitment interviews. While video interviews have become standard, many existing tools fail to accommodate users with visual, motor, or cognitive impairments, creating barriers to employment.

The project was developed during the Capgemini Hackathon, where our team proposed a smart, accessible alternative focused on equal opportunity, usability, and inclusion. The solution aims to empower both candidates and recruiters by removing communication and interface barriers.
